Double skin insulated roof and side cladding with insulation core made from Insurance approved Polyisocyanurate.

Currently it is divided into four independent and separately serviced units suitable for a variety of uses including manufacturing, distribution, light industrial and storage.

Designed for easy knock through from one unit to another if necessary.

The H-Frame header in each dividing wall allows the section below it to be easily removed, creating a forklift access opening between units.
